Thank you for choosing Kelansu. We are committed to providing high-quality clothing and a pleasant shopping experience. If you require a return or exchange due to size, style, or other reasons, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Return/exchange eligibility
- The item must be new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and free from wear, stains, odors, and damage.
- All accessories (such as buttons, belts, gift boxes, linings, tags, packaging, etc.) must be complete.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
Application time limit
- Please submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
The following items are not returnable or exchangeable:
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or worn;
- Items with stains, odors, damage, or other defects that make them unsalable;
- Orders that have exceeded the return or exchange period;
- Customized or custom-made items (excluding quality issues).
Return/exchange process

When contacting us, please provide the following information: order number, reason for return, and product photos (if the issue is related to quality or shipping).
2. Review and confirmation
We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a return address and instructions for eligible requests.
3. Returning the product
Please package the product properly and return it according to the instructions.
4. Follow-up processing
Once the product arrives and passes inspection, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange.
Lost/damaged packages and products with quality lssues
We understand the frustration of waiting for a package, so we have developed the following procedures:
- If a package is lost or severely damaged in transit
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
We also offer reshipment, partial refunds, or full refunds as compensation.
- Received damaged or defective merchandise
Minor damage: Minor scratches or slight dents that do not affect usability → 10% of the product price will be compensated.
Moderate damage: Partial damage or partial impairment of usability → 20% of the product price will be compensated.
Severe damage: Impaired everyday use or completely unusable → 30% of the product price will be compensated, or a full refund or reshipment will be provided.

- Customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in specific countries; these costs are the buyer's responsibility.
